An ear-cuff jhumka is a two-part earring: a cuff grips the upper ear and a fine chain runs down to a small bell-shaped jhumka that sits at the lobe. anokhi makes the whole piece in oxidised 925 sterling silver, so the drama comes from one earring rather than a stack of three. Only the lobe needs a piercing — the upper end simply clips on.

Put the lobe jhumka in first, then clip the cuff onto the helix and let the chain sit with a slight slack curve rather than pulled taut. Best with an updo or a side parting so the chain line is visible. Store flat so the chain does not tangle.
