How to wear

Wear it high on the helix with a plain stud in the lobe so the engraving stays the focus — it pairs naturally with kurtas and handloom. Buff only the raised areas with the included cloth; polishing the recesses lifts the antique contrast that gives the piece its depth.

Yes. It is 925 sterling silver darkened at the surface with a sulphide treatment. The metal underneath is the same hallmarked sterling silver — oxidation is a finish, not a material.

Will the black finish wear off?

The antique finish is durable, but the high-contact edges will brighten over months of wear. That is normal on oxidised silver and we will re-oxidise it free on request.
